Benefits Of Drinking Water & How

Hello everybody!
I know many of you are always looking for new ways to get healthy and so am I, but sometimes getting healthy is easier than you might think and I think you already know this, but replacing all your sugary and caffeine rich drinks with water is so healthy.Yes, it's healthy - but I can imagine it's hard to do. Why would you switch from good flavour to well, flavourless? I am going to list all the benefits for you, right here, right now.

1. Weight Loss
Drinking water on itself won't change your weight, but replacing the calorie-rich drinks with water will. I don't think we all realize how many calories we consume when drinking a bottle of Coke, for example, but it might startle you.
2. It Helps Your Skin
Dehydration makes your skin look dry and wrinkled - staying hydrated which is easy with water helps your skin looks healthy.
3. It Erases Hunger
Ever tried drinking a glass of water instead of eating a plate of food? I am not trying to tell you to skip your meals, but whenever I am craving for some crisps or anything else really unhealthy I try to drink a glass of water first, and sometimes the craving just fades away.
4. It Increases Energy
Your brain is mostly water, so adding water increases focus. Your energy levels will also be boosted.
5. Prevents Constipation
I think this benefit is rather logical and doesn't need any explanation.
6. Improves Mood
Your body is in it's best condition when consuming a lot of water and you will feel this!
7. It Saves Money
Water is a hundred times cheaper than a large cup of coffee at your favourite coffee place. Yay!


I realize the benefits sound really good but drinking a lot of water can be really hard. That's why I composed this list to help you maintain your body liquids at a stable level.

1. Have a beverage with every snack and meal.
2. Always carry a bottle of water.
3. Add some flavours to your water by infusing some mint and lemon.
4. Eat spicy, your thirst will rise.
5. Eat your water. Cucumber and watermelon, for example, hold a lot of water.
6. Mark your bottles. If you're having a hard time consuming enough water throughout the day, put times on your water bottles and make sure you drink enough water before the time on your water bottle has passed.
7. Buy a really cute water bottle you'd like to have around you all the time, this will help you want to have some water.

As you can see, drinking water is very healthy and has many benefits - why not help your body a bit and save money at the same time?
